Structured training is from 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

Practical application and mentoring is 1pm to 5pm (and as long as you choose into the evenings) Monday to Thursday.

Friday afternoon will be students pitching their business to our panels of experts and receiving feedback.

The bootcamp will culminate in a time of prayer and impartation and the invitation for a select group to incubate their business on-site.

Optional mentoring will also be available following the bootcamp.

Sadie Hess

Sadie Hess is the Founder and CEO of Compass SLS & ILS, an organization that supports adults with disabilities in California. In 1996, she and a dear friend founded Compass. She was only 23 at the time. Today, Compass serves 400 clients, has 7 offices, and employs over 450 staff. Sadie and her husband Eric also founded Quick Solve Plus (QSP), a technology company that provides scheduling and payroll solutions for their industry. Their newest side hustle is Hess Property Holdings (HPH), a combination of commercial and residential rental properties.

Sadie has a BA and MA in psychology and is a BSSM alumni. She believes her role is to influence the business sector through faith, innovation, generosity, and connection. Her relational strengths and strategic mind make her a powerful business leader. Her compassion and beliefs make her a trusted ally.

When Sadie’s not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and three kids. Some of their favorite vacation spots include Disneyland, Cancun, LA (for Rams games), Europe, and Tahoe. Committed to being involved in her kids’ lives, she is also the head coach of a Jr. High volleyball team and an elementary school board member.

Andrew Ng is a business owner, ordained minister, serial entrepreneur and a corporate senior executive. Besides being an Australian CPA and a Chartered Accountant in Singapore, Andrew has an electrical engineering degree from the top university in Asia (NUS), MBA from the top university in Australia (Melbourne) and a Master of Finance from the top university in the US (Harvard) among his academic qualifications (which include computer studies, corporate finance, accounting & strategic management); Andrew was the top student in his year with a perfect GPA at Harvard and recipient of the Katie Y F Yang award for most outstanding academic record amongst other awards.

Kim Beaumont is the Prophetic Community Pastor at Bethel Church. Kim teaches in Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and co-leads the Marketplace Prophetic course with Steve. She trains and teaches future leaders how to cultivate a healthy prophetic community in order to see the Kingdom advanced and communities transformed. Johanna Wilson

With a Master’s in Psychology and rich history in high educational administration, Johanna’s passion is to help individuals develop and grow into people who impact their families and transform their companies, cities, regions, and nations. As the Chief Operations Officer for Bethel School of Technology she has built a high-powered team and continues to not only impact her staff and students but key influencers in the technology and educational spaces. She has also served as the Chief Retention Officer for a dynamic Online Program Management company. In this role, she worked alongside numerous institutions in marketing, recruitment, and retention of students to bring Kingdom transformation. She excels in taking things from concept to manifestation and bringing hope wherever she goes.

Leaving school at 14 years old to focus on business full-time, only to return to complete post graduate studies in Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation as an adult. The mixture of real life and academic experience, together with the ability to integrate social and faith values within a culture, has shaped a unique skillset.
